KhanzLab Apps Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to all mobile applications and games ("Apps") developed and published by KhanzLab for iOS and Android devices. By downloading and using our Apps, you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy.

1. Information Collection and Use

To provide a better experience across our diverse range of Apps, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information. The specific information collected depends on the nature of the App you are using:

  • General Apps & Games: Most of our Apps do not require you to provide personal information directly to us unless you explicitly contact us for support.
  • Account Creation: If an App requires account registration, we may collect basic information such as your name, email address, and an account profile.
  • Device Permissions: Depending on the App's functionality, we may request access to specific device features such as your Camera, Photos, Microphone, or Location. You can enable or disable these permissions at any time through your device settings.

2. Third-Party Services

We use third-party services for analytics, crash reporting, authentication, and advertising. These third-party providers have their own Privacy Policies addressing how they use such information. Services we may use across different Apps include, but are not limited to:

  • Google Play Services & Apple Services
  • Google AdMob & Unity Ads (for advertising)
  • Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics, & Authentication
  • RevenueCat or similar services (for in-app purchase management)

3. In-App Purchases and Payments

Some of our Apps may offer in-app purchases or subscriptions. All payment transactions are processed through the respective app stores (Apple App Store or Google Play Store). We do not collect, process, or store your credit card information or primary billing details on our servers.

4. Log Data

We want to inform you that whenever you use our Apps, in a case of an error in the App, we collect data and information (through third-party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol ("IP") address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the App, the time and date of your use of the service, and other statistics.

5. Advertising

For Apps that display third-party advertisements, ad providers may use cookies or similar technologies to provide relevant ads based on your interests and past usage. You can generally opt-out of personalized advertising through your device settings (e.g., "Limit Ad Tracking" on iOS or "Opt out of Ads Personalization" on Android).

6. Children's Privacy

Our approach to children's privacy depends on the target audience of the specific App:

  • General Audience Apps: These Apps do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete it.
  • Family and Kids Apps: If a specific KhanzLab App is expressly designed for children, it will strictly comply with COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act) and the Google Play Families Policy requirements. These specific apps will not collect personal information from children and will not utilize third-party personalized advertising.

7. Security

We value your trust in providing us your Personal Information and strive to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. Remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
